Campaign Status updates are not automatically pushed out to salesforce ORGs on the scheduled dates listed the Scheduled upgrade dates
You need to manually go to AppExchange and install the new update.
If you are on the free version of the App, upgrading means moving to paid one and this action is not reversable as explained in the following FAQ article
Steps to upgrade:
1. Goto App Exchange
2. Search and Open AAkonsult Campaign status
3. Click Get it now button
4. Login to App exchange
5. Select either Sandbox of Production:
Sandbox allows you to test the App before applying to your live version.
6. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox then Confirm and upgrade!
7. Install package and specify the user details
8. Wait for it to complete and check Package version from Setup > installed packages > Aakonsult Campaign status.
