Managing multiple campaigns or events is made easier with AAkonsult Campaign Status app which allows you to create default Campaign Status values.
Many areas of Payments2Us relies on specific Campaign status values to be present. The AAkonsult Campaign Status App makes it easier to apply these status's and for them to not to be inadvertently forgotten when a new campaign is created.
1. Download'
1.1. Navigate to App Launcher and select 'Visit AppExchange'
In the App Launcher click "Visit Appexchange":
1.2. Click Login on the AppExchange Home screen
You can choose any option. We will chose the Salesforce option for the process below. On the Login screen put in your org's credentials.
Note: You might need to complete a one time email verification for your connected Salesforce accounts.
1.3. Search for AAkonsult Campaigns and open
1.4. Select the Get It Now button
1.5. Select your account and click install
Please make sure that the account selected is the account that you logged in with and the org that you want to install the app on.
Sandbox allows you to test the App before applying to your live version. If you select a sandbox it should show 'Install in Sandbox'.
1.6. Check details, Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox then Confirm and Install!
You might get a pop up saying: Almost there! We're redirecting you to the Salesforce login page to continue the installation.
Please note that you might be required to login to your salesforce org again. Please use same creds as before.
2. Install
2.1. Install package and specify the user details
2.2. It will Install and say Installation complete when done:
When it shows “Installation complete!” click done.
If you happen to close this screen you can check if the app is installed or not by following the article “How do I check if the app was installed and what version it is on?” under this FAQ section.
Congratulations, you have now completed all the steps to be able to use the app in Trial mode !
Ready to Sign up for the paid version of the app ?
Once you have tested the functionality of AAkonsult Campaign Status in Trial mode and feel ready, you may purchase the app by Clicking Here and choosing Option 1.
Note: You must have trial version of app installed in order to proceed with purchasing the app.
3. Post Installation
3.1. Navigate to the AAkonsult Campaign Status App through App Launcher
In the App launcher find and click “AAkonsult Campaign Status”:
3.2. Navigate to the About AAkonsult Campaign Status tab

4. Basic setup
4.1 Navigate to the Campaign Status Defaults tab
4.3. Select how you would like the status to be handled and SAVE
- Remove All - removes all status values that are not default
- Add/Update - leaves previous status values and allows new ones to be added.

4.5. Create default status values to suit and SAVE
5. Use In Campaigns
Back in Payments2Us
5.2. Select the Type field and re-save
5.3. Select Member Status Values and 'Edit'
5.4. Set your status to default and SAVE
