1. Before you start
Make sure your Salesforce user has the Manage Billing Permission.
2. Login into the AppExchange
Navigate to: https://appexchange.salesforce.com
Click on the "Log In" button
Make sure you ONLY ever use the login as Salesforce. Other options may not work.
3. Select My Installs and Subscriptions
Click on your avatar in the top right hand corner (1), then select "My Installs & Subscriptions" menu item (2).
4. Select Manage Subscriptions for AAkonsult Campaign Status
Select the drop down arrow next to AAkonsult Campaign Status (1), then select "Manage Subscription" menu item.
5. Edit Subscription
Click the edit button
6. Click Edit Payment
Click "Edit Payment" Button
7. Update your card details
Update your card details (1) and then press "Review Changes" (2) to save.
8. Trouble shooting
If you cannot see the Edit button or having similar troubles, then:
- Check you have billing permissions
- Check you have logged into the AppExchange, using your Salesforce credentials. I.e. You have not logged into a sandbox or using my Trailhead or your org is using Single Sign on. Perhaps try logging out, then logging back in.
