Purchasing, Invoice and Receipting FAQ

1. How do I get a copy of my Receipt/Invoice?

If you signed up via the AppExchange Please see: View AppExchange Checkout Receipts article.

If you signed up using AAkonsult Checkout system, you would have received invoice at time of making the purchase; please ensure you have checked your SPAM/JUNK mail folder. If you are still missing your receipt, then please reach out to support@aakonsult.com

 
 

2. Do you accept other forms of payment, apart from the AppExchange checkout?

if in case the AppExchange checkout is not working then please use this checkout.

 
 

3. Our company requires us to create a Purchase Order

The amount of AAkonsult Campaign Status App is kept to the bare minimum. In order to do this, we are using the Salesforce checkout procedure to streamline our business processes.

If you are required to have a Purchase Order, then that is for your internal processes. We do NOT issue invoices. The only way to purchase is through the AppExchange checkout or AAkonsult checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
