How do I get a copy of my Receipt/Invoice

1. Before you start

Make sure your Salesforce user has the Manage Billing Permission.

 

2. Login into the AppExchange

Navigate to: https://appexchange.salesforce.com

Click on the "Log In" button

Make sure you ONLY ever use the login as Salesforce. Other options may not work.

 

3. Select My Installs and Subscriptions

Click on your avatar in the top right hand corner (1), then select "My Installs & Subscriptions" menu item (2).

4. Select Manage Subscriptions for AAkonsult Campaign Status

Select the drop down arrow next to AAkonsult Campaign Status (1), then select "Manage Subscription" menu item.

5. Scroll to Payment History

Scroll down until you see the Payment History. Locate the Invoice of interest and click to review.
