How do I purchase AAkonsult Campaign Status
Option 1: Purchase via AAkonsult Checkout
(Recommended Option)
1) To make a purchase, the app must already be installed in your Salesforce Org –
- If the app was previously installed and your licence has simply expired, you can proceed to the next step.
- If you’ve never installed the app before, please first install the Trial version in your Salesforce Org. Click here for instructions
2) Once you have installed the app, the quickest and easiest way is to purchase/
renew our app directly through our AAkonsult Checkout (i.e. Option 1).
This option gives you immediate access, simpler invoicing, and eligibility for any
current promotions.

3) The licence will ordinarily be provisioned within one to two (1–2) Business Days after payment has been made. If You have not received confirmation within this time, You should contact us on support@aakonsult.com and provide us with your organisation name and receipt number
*Note:- We offer discounts for nonprofit organisations. If you are a nonprofit, reach out to us via support@aakonsult.com and provide proof of your status such as Tax Exempt certificate.
Option 2: Purchase via Salesforce
AppExchange
This Option 2 relies on Salesforce AppExchange’s Checkout system, which may not function correctly for all users or orgs. You may have been able to use this method previously, but if your app has expired or your subscription has lapsed due to credit card expiry, it may no longer work for renewals.
Hence, If you experience any issues with purchasing or renewing through this method, please revert to Option 1 above. As Salesforce AppExchange Checkout is fully managed by Salesforce, we are unable to provide direct support for Option 2. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Login to the AppExchange
Navigate to www.appexchange.com
Then press the Login button. Use your details that you’d use to login to your
normal instance of Salesforce
2. Select My Installs & Subscriptions
Click on the avatar on the top right corner, then select
“My Installs & Subscriptions”
3. Select Buy Now
Select the drop-down arrow to the far right of the AAkonsult Campaign Status
listing. Then select Buy Now.
Follow the steps of the purchasing wizard.
If you have any issues with your Purchase, please try checking if your Billing Permissions are set correctly – Click Here for Instructions. If they are, setup correctly and you are still having issues, then we may not be able to assist because AppExchange Checkout is provided by Saleforce and not us. Hence, please go back to using Option 1 to complete your purchase.
